　　随着交通管理形式日益复杂，交通信号灯、电子警察等智能交通设施在交通管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用，智能交通设施的应用也越来越多，交通信号设施等的故障会引起交通混乱、交通事故等问题，如何及时发现交通信号设施故障、由被动响应向主动发现转变，是交通设施管理部门亟需要解决的问题，本文探讨了交通信号设施状态监测技术的应用，以期能对现实管理带来改善。

With the development of traffic management, ITS equipment has given much contribution on the daily management, with a breakdown for the equipment, it will take much confusion and traffic jam for the city traffic, as a result, it's very important to detect the failure status of the equipment, and the detect model is a important topic for the management department. This paper makes a discussion on the application of the signal monitoring technology, and hope could give some reference to the management practice.
