煤炭是我国的主要能源,在能源生产和消费结构中分别占74.7%和69.5%。近年来我国煤矿的事故起数、死亡人数、百万吨死亡率明显下降,安全生产形势逐年好转,但是我国煤矿安全生产水平与世界其他主要产煤国相比仍有一定差距。矿用物联网即采用物联网技术研制煤矿安全生产物联网实时动态监控系统,对辖区内矿井安装无线传感器,对每个重点部位的瓦斯与顶板浓度、排风量、人员及人员位置等数据进行监控,当某一报警数据过高时,系统会自动采取措施,并通知井下工作人员,防止事故发生,同时即使事故发生后,在一定条件下也可以判定井下生产作业人员数量及受困位置、遇险人员撤退路线、井下的环境监测情况以及及时准确地制定救授方案,对事故的救援也十分重要,对提高煤矿信息化水平,促进煤矿安全生产具有十分重要的意义。

Coal is the major energy resource in our country, accounting for 74.7% and 69.5% in energy production and consumption structure. In recent years, China's accident number, death toll and the death rate per million tons in coal mine decreased significantly. The situation of safety production has improved year by year, But there still is a certain gap when compared China's coal mine safety production with other major coal producing countries. Internet of things used in coal mine is a real-time dynamic monitoring system by means of Internet of things, which monitoring the gas and roof concentration, the exhaust of air and staff position. When an alarm data was too high, the system would automatically take measures and notify the staff to prevent accidents. At the same time, even after the accident, it can also determine the number and trapped position of the workers, the evacuation routes for distressed persons, the monitoring situation of the environment under certain conditions. It can also formulate rescuing plan timely and accurately, which is very important to rescue and has very important significance to promote coal mine's safety production and informatization level.
