　　目的探讨自行研制的胸腰椎骨折复位床托治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法将2011年1月-2012年9月住院治疗的30例胸腰椎压缩骨折患者予快速复位治疗，观察并比较治疗前后胸腰椎压缩骨折患者伤椎高度恢复率、伤椎高度矫正率、症状评分、体征评分和功能活动评分等各项临床指标。结果快速复位后患者伤椎高度恢复率、伤椎高度矫正率、症状评分、体征评分和功能活动情况均优于复位前的，有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论胸腰椎压缩骨折复位床托快速复位治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折患者临床疗效肯定，治疗后椎体高度恢复满意，临床并发症少，有效减轻患者医疗费用，值得推广。
　　목적탐토자행연제적흉요추골절복위상탁치료흉요추압축골절적림상료효화안전성。방법장2011년1월-2012년9월주원치료적30례흉요추압축골절환자여쾌속복위치료，관찰병비교치료전후흉요추압축골절환자상추고도회복솔、상추고도교정솔、증상평분、체정평분화공능활동평분등각항림상지표。결과쾌속복위후환자상추고도회복솔、상추고도교정솔、증상평분、체정평분화공능활동정황균우우복위전적，유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론흉요추압축골절복위상탁쾌속복위치료흉요추압축골절환자림상료효긍정，치료후추체고도회복만의，림상병발증소，유효감경환자의료비용，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical efifcacy and safety of thoracolumbar compression fracture reset bed bracket fast reset method in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods Thirty patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture were given fast reset treatment who were treated in the department of orthopaedic in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2012, its injury vertebral height recovery rate, injury vertebral height correction rate, international prostate symptom score and function activities score were compared. Results The injury vertebral height recovery rate, injury vertebral height correction rate, international prostate symptom score and function activities score after fast reset treatment were better than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Thoracolumbar compression fracture reset bed bracket fast reset method can obtain satisfactory curative effect on patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture, it can obtain satisfactorily for vertebral body height recovered and reduce clinical fewer complications, then it also can relieve the patient medical costs, it is worthy of applying for clinical.
