目的:观察对奥卡西平(OXC )治疗部分性癫痫患者的临床疗效及其对脑电活动的影响。方法选取60例部分性癫痫患者为研究对象,应用OXC单药治疗,对治疗第1、第6和第12个月时的临床疗效和对脑电活动的影响进行观察和分析。结果治疗1个月后,SPS、CPS、PS-GTCS等3种发作类型的临床有效率分别88.9%、86.7%和88.8%,差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05);治疗第1、6、12个月临床有效率分别为88.3%、85%和83.3%,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);治疗第6个月和第12个月时,IEA情况均较治疗前显著改善,治疗第6个月,IEA 消失或减少50%为32例(53.3%);治疗第12个月, IEA消失或减少50%为35例(58.3%),2个时间段IEA情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第6个月患者的α波均值和δ波数与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而θ波数显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗第6个月时δ、α和β频段相对功率与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而θ频段相对功率与治疗前比较显著升高(P<0.05)。本组出现药物不良反应20%,反应程度均较轻,可自行减轻或消失,未见其他严重不良反应。结论 OXC治疗部分性癫痫发作疗效确切,安全性较高,对患者的脑电活动的影响作用较小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the curative effects of oxcarbazepine (OXC) on patients with newly diagnosed partial epilepsy and its effects on the electrical activities of the brain. Methods Sixty adult patients with newly diagnosed par-tial epilepsy were selected as the research objects. OXC single drug was applied to the patients. The clinical curative effects in the first ,sixth and twelfth month of the treatment and the effect on the electrical activities of the brain were observed and ana-lyzed. Results After 1 month of OXC treatment ,the clinical efficiency of the three seizure types of SPS ,CPS ,PS-GTCS were 88.9% ,86.7% and 88.8% ,respectively ,there were no significant differences on the curative effect evaluation results and clin-ical efficiency between the three seizure types (P>0.05). At the 1st ,6th ,12th month of the treatment ,the clinical effective rates were 88.3% ,85% and 83.3% ,respectively. There were no significant differences of the curative effects (P>0.05);At 6th month and 12th month of the treatment ,the IEA of this group patients improved significantly compared with that before treatment. At 6th month of the treatment ,the patients whose IEA disappeared or reduced in 50% were 32 cases ,accounting for 53.3% ;At 12th month of the treatment ,the patients whose IEA disappeared or reduced in 50% were 35 cases ,accounting for 58.3%. Between the two time period ,there was no significant difference of IEA (P>0.05).At 6th month of the treatment , there were no significant difference of αwave mean andδwave number of the patients compared with those before treatment (P>0.05) ,wave number was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05);There were no significant difference ofδ,αandβbands relative power compared with those before the treatment (P>0.05) ,and the relative power of θband increased significantly compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). In this group ,the proportion of the patients with drug adverse reactions was 20%. The degrees of the reactions were lighter and were self-relieved or disappeared. No other serious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion The efficacy of OXC in treatment of newly diagnosed partial epilepsy is sure and certain , which has high security and little effects on the EEG background of the patients ,and is worthy of clinical application.
