目的:研究黄芩苷对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抗菌作用,分析其与糖肽类药物体外协同作用。方法:采用微量肉汤稀释法检测黄芩苷对MRSA的最低抑菌浓度( MIC),用抑菌浓度指数(fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC)评价黄芩苷与糖肽类药物体外协同作用。结果:黄芩苷对MRSA的最低抑菌浓度( MIC)值在128-512μg/ml,与糖肽类药物联合应用对MRSA有协同作用(FIC=0.445)。结论:黄芩苷对MRSA抑菌作用较弱,但黄芩苷与糖肽类药物联合应用对MRSA 有较强的协同作用。

목적:연구황금감대내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)적항균작용,분석기여당태류약물체외협동작용。방법:채용미량육탕희석법검측황금감대MRSA적최저억균농도( MIC),용억균농도지수(fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC)평개황금감여당태류약물체외협동작용。결과:황금감대MRSA적최저억균농도( MIC)치재128-512μg/ml,여당태류약물연합응용대MRSA유협동작용(FIC=0.445)。결론:황금감대MRSA억균작용교약,단황금감여당태류약물연합응용대MRSA 유교강적협동작용。
Objective:To study the synergistic effect of baicalin and the glycopeptide against methicil in-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) . Methods:The MIC were determined by broth microdilution method and the effect of combinations was evaluated according to the sum of fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC). Results:We observed baicalin of minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) values of 128 to 512μg/ml with the MRSA strains tested. Synergistic activity (FIC≤0.5) was observed for combinations with baicalin /glycopeptidecombination possessed the strongest synergistic(FIC=0.445). Conclusion:Baicalin acts synergistical y with the glycopeptide, enhancing its antimicrobial activity against MRSA.
