为明确水稻分蘖期的耐淹能力,以常规稻湘早籼45为供试材料,在分蘖期设计不同淹水深度及淹水持续时间的淹涝胁迫试验,观测绿叶数、株高、茎数、生育期、产量结构的变化情况。试验结果表明:同一生育期,同一淹水深度,绿叶数的变化和淹水时间负相关,不同淹水深度2/3淹较全淹明显;株高变化,同一生育期,不同淹水深度,全淹较2/3淹明显;茎的变化,同一生育期,全淹高位分蘖率高于2/3淹;生育期的变化,淹水时间5 d以上,2/3淹较全淹长;同一生育期,全淹较2/3淹对产量的影响大。

In order to determine the waterlogging tolerance ability of rice at tillering stage, taking normal rice variety Xiangzaoxian45 as experimental material to conduct waterlogging stress experiment which designed with different waterlogging depths and waterlogging lasting time at tillering stage. Through observed the changes in number of green leaves, plant height, stem number, growth period, yield structure, the results indicated that for changes in number of green leaves, if the rice was at the same growth period and with the same waterlogging depth, it negatively correlated with waterlogging time, if the rice was at the same growth period but with the different waterlogging depths, it was more obvious in treatment with 2/3 depth of waterlogging in comparison with treatment with complete waterlogging; for changes in plant height, if the rice at the same growth period but with different waterlogging depths, it was more obvious in treatment with complete waterlogging in comparison with treatment with 2/3 depth of waterlogging; for changes in stem, if rice was at the same period but with different waterlogging depths, the tillering rate at high position in treatment with complete waterlogging was higher than that in treatment with 2/3 depth of waterlogging; for changes in growth period, if waterlogging time was more than 5 d, the growth period in treatment with 2/3 depth of waterlogging was longer than that in treatment with complete waterlogging; if the rice at the same growth period, the inlfuence of treatment with complete waterlogging on rice yield was more in comparison with treatment with 2/3 depth of waterlogging.
