目的：探讨双介入疗法在股骨头无菌性坏死治疗中的临床疗效及意义。方法收集我院2006年12月至2013年12月共47例股骨头无菌性坏死患者，采用双介入（药物灌注及髓芯减压）疗法治疗均3次，并对临床疗效及影像资料回顾性总结分析。结果疼痛缓解率达100%，关节活动度评级改善达93.6%，髋关节影像学评价股骨头坏死改善达79.7%。结论双介入疗法在股骨头无菌性坏死治疗中有重要意义。
목적：탐토쌍개입요법재고골두무균성배사치료중적림상료효급의의。방법수집아원2006년12월지2013년12월공47례고골두무균성배사환자，채용쌍개입（약물관주급수심감압）요법치료균3차，병대림상료효급영상자료회고성총결분석。결과동통완해솔체100%，관절활동도평급개선체93.6%，관관절영상학평개고골두배사개선체79.7%。결론쌍개입요법재고골두무균성배사치료중유중요의의。
Objective To evaluate clinical curative and significance of double interventional therapeutics in aseptic necrosis of the femoral head. Method 47 patients of aseptic necrosis of femoral head were treated with 3 times of double interventional therapeutics,summing-up and analysis were done with clinical curative effect and image materals.Results ache amelioration rate is 100%,arthrosis activity amelioration rate is 93.6%,image evaluation of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head amelioration rate is 79.7%.Conclusions Double interventional therapeutics play an important role in aseptic necrosis of the femoral head.
