以端环氧基硅油、聚醚胺和端环氧基聚醚为主要原料,合成了线性聚醚氨基嵌段有机硅柔软剂;乳化后用于织物的整理。考察了线性聚醚氨基嵌段有机硅柔软剂对织物的白度、摩擦牢度、防水性能和撕破强力等的影响,并用FT-IR表征了产物结构。结果表明,与采用传统有机硅柔软剂氨基硅油和亲水聚醚改性硅油整理的织物相比,经线性聚醚氨基嵌段有机硅柔软剂整理织物的白度、摩擦牢度、防水性能和撕破强力等具有明显的优势,并可很好地平衡手感和亲水性之间的矛盾,具有优良的性能。
以耑環氧基硅油、聚醚胺和耑環氧基聚醚為主要原料,閤成瞭線性聚醚氨基嵌段有機硅柔軟劑;乳化後用于織物的整理。攷察瞭線性聚醚氨基嵌段有機硅柔軟劑對織物的白度、摩抆牢度、防水性能和撕破彊力等的影響,併用FT-IR錶徵瞭產物結構。結果錶明,與採用傳統有機硅柔軟劑氨基硅油和親水聚醚改性硅油整理的織物相比,經線性聚醚氨基嵌段有機硅柔軟劑整理織物的白度、摩抆牢度、防水性能和撕破彊力等具有明顯的優勢,併可很好地平衡手感和親水性之間的矛盾,具有優良的性能。

The linear polyether amino blocked silicone softener was prepared by terminal epoxy silicone oil, polyether amine and terminal epoxy polyether .It was applied in textile finishing .The whiteness , rubbing fastness , water resistance and tear strength of the fabrics were studied .The chemical structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR.Result shows that the finished fabrics is better in whiteness , rubbing fastness , water resistance and tear strength , compared with the conventional silicone softeners , such as amino silicone oil and hydrophilic polyether modified silicone oil .It is a good silicone softener , balancing the hand and hy-drophilic property .
