目的：探讨七氟醚吸入麻醉在宫腔镜手术中应用的可行性及优越性。方法将ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级100例宫腔镜手术患者随机等分为异丙酚组（A组）和七氟醚组（B组）两组。观察并记录麻醉诱导前，睫毛消失后，手术开始后，术毕及苏醒后各时点心率﹑血压﹑血氧饱和度变化；麻醉起效、苏醒及定向力恢复时间；患者舒适度；动脉血气分析；麻醉恢复期不良反应。结果①两组患者HR、MBP﹑SpO2在麻醉起效后及术中均明显下降，与术前比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）；A组变化较B组变化更明显，组间比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）；②B组患者麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间均短于A组，B组动脉氧分压高于A组，B组二氧化碳分压低于A组，组间差异有显著性（P<0.05）；③B组患者舒适度明显高于A组；④B组未出现恶心呕吐、过敏、寒战等不良反应。结论七氟醚吸入麻醉可安全有效地应用于各类宫腔镜手术，且具有起效迅速、恢复快、舒适度高及术后不良反应少等优势。
목적：탐토칠불미흡입마취재궁강경수술중응용적가행성급우월성。방법장ASAⅠ-Ⅱ급100례궁강경수술환자수궤등분위이병분조（A조）화칠불미조（B조）량조。관찰병기록마취유도전，첩모소실후，수술개시후，술필급소성후각시점심솔﹑혈압﹑혈양포화도변화；마취기효、소성급정향력회복시간；환자서괄도；동맥혈기분석；마취회복기불량반응。결과①량조환자HR、MBP﹑SpO2재마취기효후급술중균명현하강，여술전비교차이유현저성（P<0.05）；A조변화교B조변화경명현，조간비교차이유현저성（P<0.05）；②B조환자마취유도시간、소성시간、정향력회복시간균단우A조，B조동맥양분압고우A조，B조이양화탄분압저우A조，조간차이유현저성（P<0.05）；③B조환자서괄도명현고우A조；④B조미출현악심구토、과민、한전등불량반응。결론칠불미흡입마취가안전유효지응용우각류궁강경수술，차구유기효신속、회복쾌、서괄도고급술후불량반응소등우세。
Objective To investigate the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in the feasibility and superiority of the application of hysteroscopy surgery. Methods The ASAⅠ~Ⅱlevel 100 patients hysteroscopy surgery patients were randomly divided into sevoflurane group (group A) and propofol group (group B) in the two groups. Observe and record before anesthesia induction, eyelash disappeared, surgery after the start, operation and woke up each time the heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation change; Anesthesia ef ect, awakening, and directional force recovery time; Patient comfort; Arterial blood gas analysis; Anesthesia recovery adverse reactions. Results 1. Two groups of patients with HR, MBP, SpO2 and intraoperative after anesthesia ef ect were significantly lower, there are significant dif erence compared with preoperative (P<0.05);More apparent changes in group A than group B, compare the dif erences between groups is significant (P<0.05);2. Group B patients anesthesia induction time, wake up of time, directional force recovery time were shorter in group A, group B arterial oxygen partial pressure higher than that of group A, group B carbon dioxide points lower in group A, there are significant dif erence between groups (P<0.05);3. The patient comfort B group was obviously higher than that of group A; 4. Group B does not appear nausea and vomiting, al ergies, chil s and other adverse reactions. Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. Cconclusion Can be safely and ef ectively used in al kinds of hysteroscopy surgery, and has more quickly, quick recovery, the advantages of the high comfort and postoperative adverse reactions.
