为满足玉米秸秆收集打捆要求,实现一年两作地区秸秆快速回收利用,需对玉米秸秆调质处理。在满足秸秆调质性能要求前提下,研究卧辊式玉米秸秆调质装置作业参数对功耗的影响规律。利用自主研制的秸秆调质试验装置和功率测控系统,采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计方法,以秸秆喂入速度、调质辊转速和调质间隙为影响因素,调质功率为响应函数。结果表明,当参数组合为喂入速度3.3~4.0 km·h-1,调质辊转速88 r·min-1,调质间隙2.5 mm时,调质功率511.35 W。各因素对调质功率贡献的主次关系为调质间隙>调质辊转速>喂入速度,可为秸秆收获调质装备设计提供理论依据。

To meet the requirements of corn straw col ecting and strapping achieve quick recycling in the bi-annual planting area, corn straw adjusting material is needed. Under the requirements of adjusting performance, the influence law of working parameters on power for the horizontal rol er corn straw adjusting material device was studied. Using corn straw adjusting material test device and power measurement and control system developed independently and the quadratic orthogonal rotating combinatorial design, the tests were taken. Test factors are straw's feeding speed, adjusting material rol er's rotation speed and adjusting material rol er's working clearance. The response function is adjusting power. Test results show that when the parameter combination for feeding speed 3.3-4.0 km·h-1, rotation speed 88 r·min-1, clearance 2.5 mm, adjusting power is 511.35 W. The relationship between primary and secondary of the factors' contribution to the adjusting power:clearance greater than rotation speed greater than feeding speed. The theoretical basis is provided for design of straw harvesting and adjusting device.
