结合大连星海湾跨海大桥主桥下横梁的工程特点,对下横梁施工方案进行了比选,最终采用了先塔柱后横梁的施工顺序,落地钢管支架与塔柱预埋牛腿相结合的施工工艺,通过对施工关键技术的控制,顺利完成了下横梁的施工。
結閤大連星海灣跨海大橋主橋下橫樑的工程特點,對下橫樑施工方案進行瞭比選,最終採用瞭先塔柱後橫樑的施工順序,落地鋼管支架與塔柱預埋牛腿相結閤的施工工藝,通過對施工關鍵技術的控製,順利完成瞭下橫樑的施工。
결합대련성해만과해대교주교하횡량적공정특점,대하횡량시공방안진행료비선,최종채용료선탑주후횡량적시공순서,락지강관지가여탑주예매우퇴상결합적시공공예,통과대시공관건기술적공제,순리완성료하횡량적시공。
Combining with the engineering characteristics of main bridge lower beam of Dalian Xinghai Bay, this paper compared and selected the lower beam construction schemes, finally used the construction sequence of first tower column after beam, the construction technology combi-ning with the floor steel bracket and tower column embedded corbel, through the control to construction key technology, successful completion of the construction of lower beam.
