目的：探讨三维（3D）技术应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性及临床经验。方法临床筛选3例胆囊良性疾病患者，既往有右上腹疼痛病史，术中应用 Viking 3D 高清腹腔镜系统完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果3例患者均顺利完成手术，无中转开腹，手术时间、术中出血量与传统腹腔镜相当；患者术后均恢复顺利，术后72 h 出院。结论3D 腹腔镜下纵深感明显、解剖层次感强、操作空间位置感明确，因此手术操作更加精准，有助于减少手术并发症、完成更为复杂的腹腔镜手术。
목적：탐토삼유（3D）기술응용우복강경담낭절제술적가행성급림상경험。방법림상사선3례담낭량성질병환자，기왕유우상복동통병사，술중응용 Viking 3D 고청복강경계통완성복강경담낭절제술。결과3례환자균순리완성수술，무중전개복，수술시간、술중출혈량여전통복강경상당；환자술후균회복순리，술후72 h 출원。결론3D 복강경하종심감명현、해부층차감강、조작공간위치감명학，인차수술조작경가정준，유조우감소수술병발증、완성경위복잡적복강경수술。
Objective To explore the feasibility of three-dimensional (3D) laparoscopic system in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Three patients with benign gallbladder disease with a history of abdominal pain were selected to undergo the surgery. All the operations were performed with Viking 3D HD laparoscopic system. Results The 3 operations were completed successfully with no conversion to laparotomy. The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume were quite equal to the conventional laparoscopy. All of them recovered successfully and were discharged 3 days postoperatively. Conclusion Three-dimensional technique can well reveal the tissue anatomy in the operative field,allows more precise operation with reduced complications and is suitable for more complex laparoscopic surgery.
