Based on the investigation material of college students' recognition of volunteerism, college students volunteer recruitment channels and volunteer organization system, through research and analysis of the condition of college students' participation youth volunteer service in an independent college in Wenzhou, it is concluded that contemporary college students' participation in volunteer activities situation is not optimistic.
