目的：分析金双歧联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效。方法将2012年6月~2013年5月我科收治的小儿轮状病毒肠炎87例，随机列为实验组52例与对照组35例，均在基本治疗的基础上，实验组加用金双歧和硫酸锌口服液治疗，对比两组基本疗效，并对药物的安全性分析。结果实验组总有效率96.1%，对照组为85.7%；实验组整体治疗情况更显著（P＜0.05）；两组均未出现明显不良情况。结论金双歧联合硫酸锌口服液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎，临床效果显著，值得临床推广。
목적：분석금쌍기연합류산자구복액치료소인륜상병독장염림상료효。방법장2012년6월~2013년5월아과수치적소인륜상병독장염87례，수궤렬위실험조52례여대조조35례，균재기본치료적기출상，실험조가용금쌍기화류산자구복액치료，대비량조기본료효，병대약물적안전성분석。결과실험조총유효솔96.1%，대조조위85.7%；실험조정체치료정황경현저（P＜0.05）；량조균미출현명현불량정황。결론금쌍기연합류산자구복액치료소인륜상병독장염，림상효과현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect of treating Infant Rotavirus Enteritis with golden bifid combined with Zinc sulfate oral liquid.Methods Choosed 87 patients from Jun.2012 to May.2013 to divide into study group(52 cases) and control ed group(35 cases).Patients in control ed group were treated with basic treatment,and the study group were treated withgolden bifid combined with Zinc sulfate oral liquid,compared the ef ect of these two groups. Results The total ef ective rate of study group(96.1%) was significantly higher than control ed group(85.7%) (P<0.05).Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Treating Infant Rotavirus Enteritis with golden bifid combined with Zinc sulfate oral liquid can improve the treatment ef ect,safe and worth to extend in clinic.
