目的：探讨肝硬化患者血小板参数的变化及临床价值。方法：用血液分析仪检测128例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组，其中出血组32例，无出血组96例)的血小板参数指标，与110例健康对照组的血小板参数比较。结果：肝硬化组与健康对照组比较，血小板计数(PLT)和血小板压积(PCT)低于健康对照组，平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)和大血小板比率(P-LCR)高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出血组PLT和PCT低于无出血组，而出血组MPV、PDW和P-LCR均高于无出血组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肝硬化患者的血小板存在质量和数量方面的异常，血小板参检测可以反映肝硬化患者肝细胞损伤程度，为临床对病情判断、治疗及预后提供有价值的参考依据。
목적：탐토간경화환자혈소판삼수적변화급림상개치。방법：용혈액분석의검측128례간경화환자(간경화조，기중출혈조32례，무출혈조96례)적혈소판삼수지표，여110례건강대조조적혈소판삼수비교。결과：간경화조여건강대조조비교，혈소판계수(PLT)화혈소판압적(PCT)저우건강대조조，평균혈소판체적(MPV)、혈소판분포관도(PDW)화대혈소판비솔(P-LCR)고우건강대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。출혈조PLT화PCT저우무출혈조，이출혈조MPV、PDW화P-LCR균고우무출혈조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：간경화환자적혈소판존재질량화수량방면적이상，혈소판삼검측가이반영간경화환자간세포손상정도，위림상대병정판단、치료급예후제공유개치적삼고의거。
Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical value of platelet parameters in patients with cirrhosis.Method:To detect parameter index with blood analyzer for 128 cases of cirrhosis platelet,and compare with 110 cases of platelet parameters in healthy control group.Result:The platelet count(PLT) and platelet hematocrit(PCT) in cirrhosis group were lower than the healthy control group,the mean platelet volume (MPV),platelet distribution width (PDW) and large platelet ratio(P-LCR) in cirrhosis group were higher than the healthy control group,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The platelet count(PLT) and platelet hematocrit(PCT) in bleeding group were lower than non-bleeding group,the mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and large platelet ratio(P-LCR) in bleeding group were higher than the non-bleeding group,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The platelets of cirrhosis patients have abnormal aspects of quality and quantity,detection of platelet parameters may reflect the degree of liver cell injury for patients with cirrhosis,for clinical judgment of the disease,treatment and prognosis providing valuable reference.
