目的：探讨血浆内皮素(ET-1)水平与支气管哮喘患儿病情程度的关系。方法：72例支气管哮喘患儿根据临床情况轻症组和重症组，各36例；另设体检健康患儿36例作为对照组，监测各组血清ET-1及hs-CRP水平。结果：对照组、轻症组、重症组ET-1、hs-CRP均依次增高(P<0.05)；支气管哮喘患儿ET-1与hs-CRP血浆水平呈正相关(r=0.36，P<0.01)。结论：ET-1与hs-CRP血浆水平在一定程度上与支气管哮喘患儿病情严重性有关，有助于评估病情。
목적：탐토혈장내피소(ET-1)수평여지기관효천환인병정정도적관계。방법：72례지기관효천환인근거림상정황경증조화중증조，각36례；령설체검건강환인36례작위대조조，감측각조혈청ET-1급hs-CRP수평。결과：대조조、경증조、중증조ET-1、hs-CRP균의차증고(P<0.05)；지기관효천환인ET-1여hs-CRP혈장수평정정상관(r=0.36，P<0.01)。결론：ET-1여hs-CRP혈장수평재일정정도상여지기관효천환인병정엄중성유관，유조우평고병정。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the ET-1 level in serum and the severity of bronchial asthma in children.Method:72 children with bronchial asthma were divided into mild group and severe group according to the clinical situation.Another 30 cases healthy were regarded as control group. The levels of serum ET-1 and hs-CRP were measured.Result:The levels of serum ET-1 and hs-CRP of the control group,the mild group and severe group was increase in turn(P<0.05);The levels of ET-1 and hs-plasma CRP of Children with bronchial asthma were positively correlated (r=0.36,P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of ET-1 and hs-plasma CRP may be related with the severity of children with bronchial asthma,helps to assess coronary disease.
