为探明高锰酸钾、二氧化氯和大蒜素3种常用渔药对血鹦鹉鱼的毒性,进行了3种渔药对血鹦鹉鱼苗的急性毒性试验。结果表明:高锰酸钾对血鹦鹉鱼苗24 h,48h,72h和96h的半致死浓度(LC50)值分别为2.92 mg/L、2.59 mg/L、2.28 mg/L和1.83 mg/L,二氧化氯的LC50值分别为9.07mg/L、7.19 mg/L、6.20 mg/L和4.81 mg/L,大蒜素的LC50值分别为13.56 mg/L、7.08 mg/L、4.41 mg/L和3.51 mg/L。高锰酸钾、二氧化氯和大蒜素对血鹦鹉鱼苗的安全浓度分别为0.183 mg/L、0.481 mg/L和0.351 mg/L。血鹦鹉鱼苗对3种药物的敏感性为高锰酸钾>大蒜素>二氧化氯。
為探明高錳痠鉀、二氧化氯和大蒜素3種常用漁藥對血鸚鵡魚的毒性,進行瞭3種漁藥對血鸚鵡魚苗的急性毒性試驗。結果錶明:高錳痠鉀對血鸚鵡魚苗24 h,48h,72h和96h的半緻死濃度(LC50)值分彆為2.92 mg/L、2.59 mg/L、2.28 mg/L和1.83 mg/L,二氧化氯的LC50值分彆為9.07mg/L、7.19 mg/L、6.20 mg/L和4.81 mg/L,大蒜素的LC50值分彆為13.56 mg/L、7.08 mg/L、4.41 mg/L和3.51 mg/L。高錳痠鉀、二氧化氯和大蒜素對血鸚鵡魚苗的安全濃度分彆為0.183 mg/L、0.481 mg/L和0.351 mg/L。血鸚鵡魚苗對3種藥物的敏感性為高錳痠鉀>大蒜素>二氧化氯。
위탐명고맹산갑、이양화록화대산소3충상용어약대혈앵무어적독성,진행료3충어약대혈앵무어묘적급성독성시험。결과표명:고맹산갑대혈앵무어묘24 h,48h,72h화96h적반치사농도(LC50)치분별위2.92 mg/L、2.59 mg/L、2.28 mg/L화1.83 mg/L,이양화록적LC50치분별위9.07mg/L、7.19 mg/L、6.20 mg/L화4.81 mg/L,대산소적LC50치분별위13.56 mg/L、7.08 mg/L、4.41 mg/L화3.51 mg/L。고맹산갑、이양화록화대산소대혈앵무어묘적안전농도분별위0.183 mg/L、0.481 mg/L화0.351 mg/L。혈앵무어묘대3충약물적민감성위고맹산갑>대산소>이양화록。
The acute toxicity of three kinds of aquacultural drugs,including potassium permanganate (KMnO4 ),chlorine dioxide(ClO2 )and allicin,on blood parrot fry were studied.The results showed that the 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50 of potassium permanganate on blood parrot fry were respectively 2.92 mg/L,2.59 mg/L,2.28 mg/L and 1.83 mg/L,which of chlorine dioxide(ClO2 )were respectively 9.07 mg/L,7.19 mg/L,6.20 mg/L and 4.81 mg/L;and for allicin they were respectively 13.56 mg/L,7.08 mg/L,4.41 mg/L and 3.51 mg/L.The safe concentration of the three drugs was 0.183mg/L,0.481 mg/L and 0.351 mg/L,respectively.This suggested that susceptibility of blood parrot fry to the three drugs was as follows:potassium permanganate > allicin > chlorine dioxide(ClO2 ).
