为探明乌江网箱养殖加州鲈鱼的致病病原,采用营养琼脂培养基分离纯化,用传统分类和16S rRNA基因序列分析方法,对其进行了分离与鉴定。结果表明:共分离出4个菌株(Ⅰ~Ⅳ),各菌株均扩增出1条约1500 bp片段,与目的片段大小一致;菌株Ⅰ和菌株Ⅱ为溶酪巨球菌(Macrococcus caseolyticus),菌株Ⅲ为鲁氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter lwoffii),菌株Ⅳ为西伯利亚微小杆菌(Exiguobacterium sibiricum)。经回接感染试验,4株细菌均能引起加州鲈鱼患病。

위탐명오강망상양식가주로어적치병병원,채용영양경지배양기분리순화,용전통분류화16S rRNA기인서렬분석방법,대기진행료분리여감정。결과표명:공분리출4개균주(Ⅰ~Ⅳ),각균주균확증출1조약1500 bp편단,여목적편단대소일치;균주Ⅰ화균주Ⅱ위용락거구균(Macrococcus caseolyticus),균주Ⅲ위로씨불동간균(Acinetobacter lwoffii),균주Ⅳ위서백리아미소간균(Exiguobacterium sibiricum)。경회접감염시험,4주세균균능인기가주로어환병。
In order to study the pathogen of infectious M.salmonides cultured in net cage in Wuj iang River,the authors conducted an identification to the suspicious pathogenic bacteria isolated by integrated method of the traditional classification of microorganisms and 16S rRNA gene comparison analysis. Results:Four strains were isolated with a 1500 bp fragment,which was of the same size with target fragment. Isolates I and II, III and IV were Macrococcus caseolyticus,Acinetobacter lwoffii and Exiguobacterium sibiricum,respectively.It proved that all the four isolates were capable of causing the fish (Micropterus salmonides)disease by reinoculation test.
