介绍了定形超喂量和速度比率的关系,分析了密度变化与速度比率的对应关系,并对下机克质量与密度进行换算,对下机克质量与超喂量进行换算,从而达到控制克质量的目的。结果表明,此项研究方法对超喂量控制合理,对未知和已知面料的克质量控制更趋于稳定;提前防范和预知克质量的波动,更经济实用。

The relationship between overfeed value and speed rate was introduced. At the same time, the rela-tionship between density variation and speed rate was analyzed. The conversion from gram mass off machine to den-sity, and the conversion from gram mass off machine to overfeed value was determined, so as to control predefined gram mass. The results show that the technology has reasonable control of overfeed value, and the control of gram mass of known and unknown material tends to be more stable; it can prevent in advance and predict the fluctua-tion of gram mass, and it is more economical and practical.
