The disadvantages of scouring and bleaching method of the batch-type dyeing machine were present-ed, and the continuous scouring and bleaching technology which could adapt to the characteristics of knitted fabrics and satisfied the processing requirement was put forward. The characteristics of continuous scouring and bleaching equipment and its process flow diagram were introduced. The control of knitted fabric relaxation degree and fabric surface effect by continuous scouring and bleaching equipment was analyzed, and the reason of fiber oxidative dam-age and its control method was also analyzed. The advantages of continuous scouring and bleaching equipment in-cluding less water consumption and being easy to remove residual chemical were pointed out.
