抛射强度K是振动筛筛分性能的重要指标之一。为了确定弛张筛抛射强度K的合适值,研究弛张筛机械结构和运动学参数对K的影响,建立了包含转速n、圆频率ω、偏心距e、横梁最大间距L等参数的抛射强度模型。对模型进行系列优化和回归分析,借助于Excel 软件计算和绘图技术,获得相关参数的特性曲面。研究结果揭示了弛张筛的非线性动力学特性;确定K的优化值为7.8 g,与实测值7.3 g相符;建立K与关键参数的数学模型,得到结构参数和工艺参数的最优值。研究结果为完善弛张筛关键参数设计、进一步提高弛张筛的应用水平提供了基础依据。
拋射彊度K是振動篩篩分性能的重要指標之一。為瞭確定弛張篩拋射彊度K的閤適值,研究弛張篩機械結構和運動學參數對K的影響,建立瞭包含轉速n、圓頻率ω、偏心距e、橫樑最大間距L等參數的拋射彊度模型。對模型進行繫列優化和迴歸分析,藉助于Excel 軟件計算和繪圖技術,穫得相關參數的特性麯麵。研究結果揭示瞭弛張篩的非線性動力學特性;確定K的優化值為7.8 g,與實測值7.3 g相符;建立K與關鍵參數的數學模型,得到結構參數和工藝參數的最優值。研究結果為完善弛張篩關鍵參數設計、進一步提高弛張篩的應用水平提供瞭基礎依據。

Intensity of vibration K is an important indicator of the vibrating screen performance .In order to deter-mine the proper value of vibration intensity K of a flip-flow screen , and study influence of geometrical and kine-matics factors ,the model of vibration intensity K was established including rotating speed n, deriving frequency ω, eccentricity e and large distance of two moving beams L , etc.Then a series optimization on K and regression analy-sis were carried out .With the aid of calculation and plotting technology of ExcellSoftware, a series of response sur-faces of kinematics factors were also generated .The results reveal the nonlinear dynamics of the flip -flow screen;the optimized data of K is 7.8 g, which accords with the experimental data of data 7.3 g;key parameters expres-sions of Kwere created , optimized data of mechanical parameters and technological parameters were obtained .The results provide fundamentals for not only optimized design of the key parameters , but also the further application of the flip-flow screen .
