比较我院2011~2014年（专项整治前后）剖宫产围手术期预防用抗菌药物的情况，结果表明，整治前存在用药时机不合理、用药疗程过长、用药品种选用起点高、无指征联合用药等问题；整治后各种问题逐步改善，对我院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用具有重大促进作用。
비교아원2011~2014년（전항정치전후）부궁산위수술기예방용항균약물적정황，결과표명，정치전존재용약시궤불합리、용약료정과장、용약품충선용기점고、무지정연합용약등문제；정치후각충문제축보개선，대아원부궁산위수술기항균약물적합리사용구유중대촉진작용。
Cesarean section cases were analyzed before and after the special rectification activity during 2011 to 2014, the results showed that the therapy timing, course of treatment, species, drug combination of antibacterials in the cesarean section of our hospital were unreasonable before the special rectification activity, while these problems were gradually improved after that, which promoted the rational use of antibacterials.
