铬渣是指采用有钙焙烧工艺生产红钒钠时产生的工业废渣，因其残留有一定量的六价铬而表现出较强的强氧化性和强碱性，具有较强的生物毒性。在铬渣的解毒技术中，回转窑干法解毒技术因其处理量大、解毒质量稳定而广泛采用。本文介绍了回转窑干法解毒技术的工作原理、工作流程以及在工业生产过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。

Chromium residue is the industrial waste production when using a calcium roasting process.Chromium residue has strong biological toxicity because it contains the six chromium which contains a certain amount of strong oxidizing and strong alkaline. In the chromium residue detoxification technology,rotary kiln dry detoxification technology is widely used because of its large quantity and quality stable.This paper introduces the working process,the working principle,the problems and their solutions in the process of industrial production of rotary kiln dry detoxification technologies.
