目的:研究红藤败酱散对慢性盆腔炎大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-10的影响。方法:采用苯酚胶浆法建立慢性盆腔炎模型。模型成功后,随机分成红藤败酱散低、中、高(1.5,3,6g·kg-1)剂量组,妇科千金片对照组(妇科千金片1.13g·kg-1),模型组和正常组6组。治疗21d后,心脏取血,采用ELISA法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-10(IL-10)表达情况。结果:与模型组比较,红藤败酱散治疗组血清TNF-α均明显降低(P<0.05),血清IL-10明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:红藤败酱散可能通过调节细胞因子的表达,而达到治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用。

목적:연구홍등패장산대만성분강염대서혈청TNF-α화IL-10적영향。방법:채용분분효장법건립만성분강염모형。모형성공후,수궤분성홍등패장산저、중、고(1.5,3,6g·kg-1)제량조,부과천금편대조조(부과천금편1.13g·kg-1),모형조화정상조6조。치료21d후,심장취혈,채용ELISA법검측혈청종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)화백개소-10(IL-10)표체정황。결과:여모형조비교,홍등패장산치료조혈청TNF-α균명현강저(P<0.05),혈청IL-10명현승고(P<0.05)。결론:홍등패장산가능통과조절세포인자적표체,이체도치료만성분강염적작용。
Objective:To study effects of Hongteng Baijiang powder on inflammatory cytokines TNF-αand IL-10 in blood serum in rats. With chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:The rat chronic pelvic inflammation model was established by hydroxybenzene mucilage. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. Hongteng Baijiang powder in high, middle and low dosage were used to treat chronic pelvic inflammation model rat for 21 days. The content of blood serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in chronic pelvic inflammation model rat was measured by enzyme-linked immumsorbent assay (ELASA). Results:Compared with model group, the serum expressions of TNF-α were significantly lower in Hongteng Baijiang powder groups (P<0.05). Serum expressions of IL-10 were markedly higher in Hongteng Baijiang powder groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic mechanisms of Hongteng Baijiang powder for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease may be that to regulate the balance of cytokines within the body of cases with the lesion.
