在以各种金属管材为原料的钣金产品生产过程中，管材的夹紧与切割过程多采用人工操作，在一定程度上影响管件的切割精度和产品质量。为配合管材的送料和切割，本装置选用气压传动，并进行了气泵的选型、气缸、活塞、活塞杆和夹具体等部件的设计，同时校核了主要受力部件；使用两种夹紧套互换操作，实现了不同数量和截面形状管材的装夹。因此，本装置改善了生产劳动条件，提高了生产效率。

In the production process of sheet metal which using a variety of metal pipes as raw materials, the process of clamping and cutting of the metal pipes is mostly manual operation, which affect the cutting accuracy and quality of the pipes to some extent.
