目的:探讨外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿溶血病的临床效果。方法选择该院26例新生儿溶血病患儿,所有患儿均实施外周动静脉同步换血治疗。观察换血治疗前和治疗后的血清总胆红素、间接胆红素及直接胆红素水平改变情况。结果所有患儿均换血治疗成功,换血治疗后血清总胆红素(238±42)μmol/L、间接胆红素(215±32)μmol/L及直接胆红素(18±10)μmol/L水平均显效低于治疗前血清总胆红素(517±39)μmol/L、间接胆红素(477±51)μmol/L及直接胆红素(39±11)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿溶血病疗效显著,能够显著改善患儿临床症状,值得借鉴。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of peripheral arteriovenous synchronous exchange transfusion on neonatal hemolytic disease. Methods 26 cases of neonatal hemolytic disease admitted in our hospital were selected. The peripheral arteriovenous synchronous exchange transfusion was implemented in all children. The change of the level of serum total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin before and after the peripheral arteriovenous synchronous exchange transfusion was observed. Results All the cases were successfully treated. After the treatment, the patients' serum total bilirubin was [(238±42)μmol/L], indirect bilirubin was [(215±32)μmol/L], and direct bilirubin was [(18±10)μmol/L], which were markedly lower than those[(517± 39)μmol/L, (477 ±51)μmol/L、(39 ±11)μmol/L] before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Peripheral arteriovenous synchronous exchange transfusion is quite effective in the treatment of neonatal hemolytic disease, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of reference.
