目的：探讨应用微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法自2010年2月～2013年12月，应用微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨骨折34例。结果本组术后随访1个月～18个月，平均9个月，骨折基本达到解剖复位；术后6个月手功能恢复按照手部关节总活动度（TAM）：优21例，良9例，差4例，优良率88.2%。结论微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨骨折，操作简单，损伤小，固定可靠，术后可早期进行功能锻炼，治疗效果较好。
목적：탐토응용미형외고정지가치료장지골골절적림상료효。방법자2010년2월～2013년12월，응용미형외고정지가치료장지골골절34례。결과본조술후수방1개월～18개월，평균9개월，골절기본체도해부복위；술후6개월수공능회복안조수부관절총활동도（TAM）：우21례，량9례，차4례，우량솔88.2%。결론미형외고정지가치료장지골골절，조작간단，손상소，고정가고，술후가조기진행공능단련，치료효과교호。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applied mini external fixation device on metacarpal and phalange fractures.Methods:From February 2010 to December 2013,34 patients of metacarpal and phalange fractures were treated with mini external fixation device.Results: Al cases were fol owed up 1~18 months with an average of 9 months. The fracture was basic anatomic reduction; According to the measurement of total active movement(TAM):the results were excel ent in 21 cases, good in 9 cases, and poor in 4 cases, the excel ent and good rate was 88.2%.Conclusions: The mini external fixation device in the treatment of metacarpal and phalange fractures, which has simple operation, little injury, reliable fixation, postoperative early functional exercise and better treatment effect.
