以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂、苯乙烯(ST)为硬单体、丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,端乙烯基硅油为有机硅改性剂,制备了有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液;并将其作为粘合剂配成印花色浆,应用于棉织物的涂料印花中。研究了端乙烯基硅油用量对乳液聚合反应、乳胶膜性能及印花色浆的印花性能的影响,并对有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行了红外光谱及电镜表征。结果表明,端乙烯基硅油用量为单体总质量的6.5%时,乳液外观、胶膜性能及印花性能都较好。

Silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion was prepared with potassium persulfate ( KPS) as the initiator, styrene (ST) as the hard monomer, isooctyl acrylate (EHA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as the soft monomers, acrylic acid (AA) as the functional monomer and vinyl-terminated silicone oil as the silicone mod-ifier.Then the emulsion was used in printing paste as a binder , applying to printing paint upon cotton fabric . The influence of the vinyl-terminated silicone oil on the polymerization , properties of latex film and printing properties of printing paste was studied .The emulsion was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and electron microscopy .Results show that the emulsion has good appearance , good film performance and good printing when the amount of vinyl-terminated silicone oil is 6.5%of the monomer .
