以邻甲酚缩水甘油醚和丙烯酸为主要原料,三苯基膦为催化剂、4-甲氧基酚为阻聚剂,合成了一种低黏度的活性稀释剂邻甲酚缩水甘油醚丙烯酸酯。研究了反应温度、阻聚剂、催化剂用量这些因素对反应的影响,结果表明较好的合成反应条件是:反应温度为100℃~110℃、三苯基膦质量分数为0.80%、4-甲氧基酚质量分数为0.30%~0.40%。同时,把邻甲酚缩水甘油醚丙烯酸酯作为稀释剂加入到双酚 A型环氧丙烯酸酯中配制成紫外光固化涂料,对涂膜进行了拉伸、硬度、柔韧性等测试,结果表明此预聚物配成的涂料具有较好的力学性能。

The low viscosity O-cresol glycidyl ether acrylate was synthesized with O-cresol glycidyl ether and acrylic acid as the main materials,with triphenyl phosphine as the catalyst,and 4-methoxy phenol as the inhibitor.The effects of temperature,the dosage of catalyst and inhibitor on the process were also in-vestigated.Experimental results showed that the optimum reaction temperature was 110~110 ℃,the cat-alyst mass fraction was 0.80% and the inhibitor mass fraction was 0.30%~0.40%.Meanwhile,the UV-cured coating was prepared with adding O-cresol glycidyl ether acrylate to bisphenol A type epoxy diacry-late,The tensile test,hardness test and flexibility test were performed on the UV-cured films.The results showed that the coating had good mechanical properties.
