考察了白炭黑种类、羟基硅油用量、含氢硅油用量以及不同乙烯基含量生胶并用对热硫化( HTV)硅橡胶撕裂强度的影响。结果显示,气相法白炭黑的补强效果强于沉淀法白炭黑,且比表面积越大,硅橡胶的撕裂强度越高;随着羟基硅油加入量的增加,硅橡胶的撕裂强度先增后趋于稳定;含氢硅油的用量对HTV硅橡胶的撕裂强度基本没有影响;高乙烯基含量生胶和低乙烯基含量生胶并用能显著提高HTV硅橡胶的撕裂强度。较佳配方是:166 g 110-0生胶,4 g 112生胶、80 g QS-102气相法白炭黑、8.5 g羟基硅油、1.0 g含氢硅油、0.5 g乙烯基硅油,此时, HTV硅橡胶的撕裂强度达到21 KN/m。
攷察瞭白炭黑種類、羥基硅油用量、含氫硅油用量以及不同乙烯基含量生膠併用對熱硫化( HTV)硅橡膠撕裂彊度的影響。結果顯示,氣相法白炭黑的補彊效果彊于沉澱法白炭黑,且比錶麵積越大,硅橡膠的撕裂彊度越高;隨著羥基硅油加入量的增加,硅橡膠的撕裂彊度先增後趨于穩定;含氫硅油的用量對HTV硅橡膠的撕裂彊度基本沒有影響;高乙烯基含量生膠和低乙烯基含量生膠併用能顯著提高HTV硅橡膠的撕裂彊度。較佳配方是:166 g 110-0生膠,4 g 112生膠、80 g QS-102氣相法白炭黑、8.5 g羥基硅油、1.0 g含氫硅油、0.5 g乙烯基硅油,此時, HTV硅橡膠的撕裂彊度達到21 KN/m。

The factors which affecting the tear strength of HTV silicone rubber , such as the types of fumed silica , content of the hydroxyl silicone oil and the hydrogenous silicone oil , and the combination of HTV silicone rubber gum with different vinyl contents , were discussed .Results show that fumed silica has a better reinforce-ment than the precipitated silica .The larger specific surface area is , the higher strength of HTV silicone rubber is.The tear strength of HTV silicone increases and keeps stable with the addition of hydroxyl silicone oil .The hydrogenous oil has no effect on the tear strength of HTV silicone rubber .The combination of the gum with high and low vinyl contents can significantly improve the tear strength of HTV silicone rubber .A preferred formula-tion is that 110-0 gum 166 g, 112 gum 4 g, QS-102 fumed silica 80 g, hydroxyl silicone oil 8.5 g, hydroge-nous silicone oil 1.0 g, vinyl silicone oil 0.5 g.The HTV silicone rubber shows a tear strength of 21 kN/m.
