研究生教育是我国高等教育的最高层次，也是国家教育改革与发展的重要环节。在分析研究生教育质量提升的现实诉求基础上，从办学定位、教师、学生、外部环境四个层面剖析制约研究生教育质量提升的主要因素，提出提升我国研究生教育质量的对策。

Postgraduate education as the highest level of higher education is an important part of China's education reform and development .An analysis is presented on the restrictive factors in raising the quality of postgraduate education in a framework of four dimensions :school positioning ,faculty ,students and external environment .Countermeasures are then suggested in light of our findings .
