多系统萎缩（MSA）是少见的散发性、进行性神经系统退行性疾病，临床主要表现为帕金森综合征、锥体束损害、小脑共济失调、自主神经系统功能障碍等不同症状的组合。MSA 的早期影像学改变不明显，容易被误诊、漏诊。本文报道了本院2013-04-25和2013-07-27分别收治的2例 MSA 患者，分别以帕金森综合征和小脑共济失调为主要表现，对症支持治疗后均好转出院。
다계통위축（MSA）시소견적산발성、진행성신경계통퇴행성질병，림상주요표현위파금삼종합정、추체속손해、소뇌공제실조、자주신경계통공능장애등불동증상적조합。MSA 적조기영상학개변불명현，용역피오진、루진。본문보도료본원2013-04-25화2013-07-27분별수치적2례 MSA 환자，분별이파금삼종합정화소뇌공제실조위주요표현，대증지지치료후균호전출원。
Multiple system atrophy(MSA)is a rare,sporadic and progressive degenerative nervous system disease, the main clinical manifestation is characterized by various combination of parkinsonism,pyramidal signs,cerebellar ataxia and autonomic dysfunction. Because of the imaging features of early MSA is not obvious,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis exist a-mong MSA patients commonly. Two patients with MSA were admitted to our hospital on 25 April 2013 and 27 July 2013 respective-ly,the main clinical manifestations of 2 cases were parkinsonism and cerebellar ataxia respectively,they were discharged after symptomatic treatments,the clinical data is analyzed retrospectively in this article.
