目的：提高彩色多普勒超声对异位阑尾炎的诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理诊断确诊的36例异位阑尾炎的超声表现，总结多种检查手段的结合运用。结果36例异位阑尾炎中盆腔位阑尾炎17例，盲肠后位阑尾炎8例，回肠后位阑尾炎5例，盲肠外侧位阑尾炎3例，腹膜后阑尾炎2例，肝下缘异位阑尾炎1例。结论通过多种超声检查方法的综合运用，提高了对急性异位阑尾炎的诊断率，在临床诊断上具有实用价值。
목적：제고채색다보륵초성대이위란미염적진단솔。방법회고성분석경수술급병리진단학진적36례이위란미염적초성표현，총결다충검사수단적결합운용。결과36례이위란미염중분강위란미염17례，맹장후위란미염8례，회장후위란미염5례，맹장외측위란미염3례，복막후란미염2례，간하연이위란미염1례。결론통과다충초성검사방법적종합운용，제고료대급성이위란미염적진단솔，재림상진단상구유실용개치。
Objective To increase the diagnostic rate of ectopic appendicitis by color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods The sono-graphic findings of 36 cases of ectopic appendicitis confirmed by surgery and pathology were reviewed and analysed.The integrated use of va-rious examinational methods was summarized.Results There were 36 cases of ectopic appendicitis,including 17 cases of pelvic appendicitis, 8 cases of cecum retroposition appendicitis,5 cases of ileum retroposition appendicitis,3 cases of lateral cecum appendicitis,2 cases of retro-peritoneal appendicitis,and 1 case of lower edge liver appendicitis.Conclusion We can increase the diagnostic rate of ectopic appendicitis by integrated use of various examinational methods.It has practical value in the clinical diagnosis.
