保障力量布局的合理、优劣与否直接影响到作战的成败和军事经济效益的发挥，在系统分析保障力量布局中相关影响因素的基础上，构建了考虑因素众多、定量分析依据充分、方案优化程度高的物资保障力量布局优化通用模型，刻画并证明了可在有限步达到收敛的算法。最后指出应基于该模型和算法，通过编制通用仿真软件及对相关参数值的大量仿真实验，以确定适应各种状态的区域物资保障力量布局优化方案。

In this paper, on the basis of a systematic analysis of the factors influencing the deployment of support forces, we established a generic model for material support force deployment optimization as well as an algorithm that could converge after finite steps and at the end, pointed out that we should use the model and algorithm to compile a generic simulation software and conduct a large quantity of simulation experiments on the relevant parameters to ascertain the suitable regional material support force deployment optimization plans.
