Geosaurus%Qualitative Identification%Protein
目的:对地龙进行定性鉴别及蛋白质含量测定。方法采用显微、薄层色谱法对地龙进行定性鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法对其蛋白质含量进行测定。结果蛋白质在0.02~0.10mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,在50min内稳定性良好,测得地龙蛋白质含量为2.33mg/g,仪器精密度RSD为0.627%。结论利用显微及薄层鉴别,可对地龙药材进行定性鉴别及含量测定,蛋白质含量采用紫外测定方法简便可行。

목적:대지룡진행정성감별급단백질함량측정。방법채용현미、박층색보법대지룡진행정성감별,채용자외분광광도법대기단백질함량진행측정。결과단백질재0.02~0.10mg/ml범위내선성관계량호,재50min내은정성량호,측득지룡단백질함량위2.33mg/g,의기정밀도RSD위0.627%。결론이용현미급박층감별,가대지룡약재진행정성감별급함량측정,단백질함량채용자외측정방법간편가행。
Objective To do qualitative identification and determination of protein content of Geosaurus.Methods We used the microscopy、TLC and UV spectrophotometry methods to prove the identification and determine the protein of Geosaurus.Result The protein was linear in the range of 0.02~0.10mg/ml.The stability of protein was fine in 50min.The protein content of geosaurus was 2.33mg/g and RSD was 0.627%.Conclusion Use of the methods of microscopy、TLC can identify Geosaurus.UV methods of protein content of Geosaurus is easy and feasible.
