目的:建立了盐酸左氧氟沙星片微生物限度的检测方法,并对方法学进行验证。方法采用低速离心结合薄膜过滤手段建立盐酸左氧氟沙星片的微生物限度检测方法。结果细菌计数及控制菌用薄膜过滤法检查,霉菌及酵母菌计数用常规法检查。结论该方法准确、可靠,适用于左氧氟沙星片的微生物检查。
目的:建立瞭鹽痠左氧氟沙星片微生物限度的檢測方法,併對方法學進行驗證。方法採用低速離心結閤薄膜過濾手段建立鹽痠左氧氟沙星片的微生物限度檢測方法。結果細菌計數及控製菌用薄膜過濾法檢查,黴菌及酵母菌計數用常規法檢查。結論該方法準確、可靠,適用于左氧氟沙星片的微生物檢查。
목적:건립료염산좌양불사성편미생물한도적검측방법,병대방법학진행험증。방법채용저속리심결합박막과려수단건립염산좌양불사성편적미생물한도검측방법。결과세균계수급공제균용박막과려법검사,매균급효모균계수용상규법검사。결론해방법준학、가고,괄용우좌양불사성편적미생물검사。
Objective To develop and validate a method for microbial limit detection of levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets.Methods Low-speed centrifugation and membrane filtration approaches were used for the development of microbial limit detection method for levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets.Results The bacteriad and the control of bacteria were determined by membrane filtration approach,molds and yeast were determined by routine approach. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,and suitable for detection of the microbial limit of levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets.
