目的：探讨护理对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病预后的影响。方法选择我院出生的新生儿中诊断为缺血缺氧性脑病患儿175例，随机分为两组，干预组给予系统护理，对照组常规护理，比较两组预后。结果新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的影响因素分别为宫内窘迫、产程延长、Apgar 评分低、颅内出血等，随着年龄增长，干预组智能、运动的发育指数均高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的发生因素很多，为降低对预后的伤害，早期护理对促进智能、运动发育有重要意义。
목적：탐토호리대신생인결혈결양성뇌병예후적영향。방법선택아원출생적신생인중진단위결혈결양성뇌병환인175례，수궤분위량조，간예조급여계통호리，대조조상규호리，비교량조예후。결과신생인결혈결양성뇌병적영향인소분별위궁내군박、산정연장、Apgar 평분저、로내출혈등，수착년령증장，간예조지능、운동적발육지수균고，여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론신생인결혈결양성뇌병적발생인소흔다，위강저대예후적상해，조기호리대촉진지능、운동발육유중요의의。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing on the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Our hospital born babies in diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in 175 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group was given systematic nursing, the control group was given conventional nursing, compared two groups of patients. Results The influence factors of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were intrauterine distress, prolonged labor, lower Apgar scores, intracranial hemorrhage, along with the age growth, development index intervention group intelligence, movement is higher, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Many factors of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, in order to reduce the harm of prognosis, the early nursing is of great significance to promote the development of intelligent, movement.
