基于Sysnoise和Fluent软件对管路消声元件的性能进行三维数值模拟。提出一种阻抗结合的管路消声器结构,给出了气相和气液两相条件下的管路消声器性能计算方法,预测了消声器的传递损失和流阻损失特性,通过实验测试验证了模拟分析的结果。结果显示在低频范围的数值模拟结果与实验结果能较好地吻合,均匀混入的液体使排气消声器降噪的频率往高频移动,中高频降噪效果明显变差;滞留在壁面的液体使消声器低频降噪效果明显提升。

Numerical simulations were performed based on Sysnoise and Fluent software for the performance of a muffler in an exhaust pipe.A silencer structure with impedances combined was proposed,and a calculation method for performance of a muffler under the conditions of gas flow and two-phase flow of gas and liquid was presented to predict the transmission loss and flow resistance loss features of a muffler.The simulation analysis results were validated with test data.It was shown that the numerical simulation results agree well with test data in a lower frequency range;uniform mixure of gas and liquid makes the noise reduction frequency of the exhaust muffler higher,thus the performance of the muffler becomes worse in medium-lower frequency range;liquid help up on the inner wall surfance of the muffler makes its denoising effect increase obviously in a lower frenquency range.
