　　了解当代医学实习生心理健康状况，并与医务人员的心理健康状况进行比较，进而分析医学实习生心理障碍的原因，探寻医学实习生心理障碍的危险因素，便于教师在临床教学过程中进行心理辅导之参考。结果发现，实习生和医务人员均存在不同程度的心理障碍，但实习生心理障碍的程度普遍比医务人员严重，而且引起实习生和医务人员心理障碍的主要危险因素完全不同，正确引导和合理干预可有效化解相关危险因素。

Investigating the psychological health status of contemporary medical students,with which the medical staff's mental health status were compared.To explore the risk factors of mental disorders in medical students,the psychological barrier reasons of medical students were analyzed.For teachers,these results may be used as reference of psychological counseling for medical students in the course of clinical teaching.The result was that interns and medical staff have different degrees of psy-chological barriers,but the psychological obstacle degree of intern is serious than that of medical staff,and the major risk factors for mental disorders in interns and medical staff are completely different,Guide correctly and reasonable intervention can effec-tively resolve the relevant risk factors.
