为了对烟叶烘烤装烟方式提供依据,提高烟叶的烘烤质量,比较了挂杆烘烤与散叶烘烤烟叶的质量。结果表明:散叶烘烤烟叶叶长叶宽收缩率较挂杆烘烤低3.1和6.9百分点,散叶烘烤的烟叶颜色鲜亮、均匀,无真菌病害出现;素质一致的鲜烟叶散叶烘烤后的干烟叶重较挂杆烘烤的高20.14%,不列级干烟散叶烘烤较挂杆减少60.45%;上等烟率、桔黄烟率散叶烘烤较挂杆烘烤高13.6和9.6百分点。结论:散叶烘烤能增加烟叶烘烤产量,提升烟叶质量等级。
為瞭對煙葉烘烤裝煙方式提供依據,提高煙葉的烘烤質量,比較瞭掛桿烘烤與散葉烘烤煙葉的質量。結果錶明:散葉烘烤煙葉葉長葉寬收縮率較掛桿烘烤低3.1和6.9百分點,散葉烘烤的煙葉顏色鮮亮、均勻,無真菌病害齣現;素質一緻的鮮煙葉散葉烘烤後的榦煙葉重較掛桿烘烤的高20.14%,不列級榦煙散葉烘烤較掛桿減少60.45%;上等煙率、桔黃煙率散葉烘烤較掛桿烘烤高13.6和9.6百分點。結論:散葉烘烤能增加煙葉烘烤產量,提升煙葉質量等級。

The quality of curing pattern with a rack and curing pattern with scattered leaves were compared to provide the scientific basis for improvement of tobacco curing quality.The results showed that the shrinking percentage of leaf length and width under the curing pattern with scattered leaves was 3.1%and 6.9% lower than those under the curing pattern with a rack respectively and the tobacco leaves under the curing pattern with scattered leaves had bright color,uniformity and without fungal disease.The dry leaf weight of fresh tobacco leaves with the same quality under the curing pattern with scattered leaves was 20.14% higher than under the curing pattern with a rack but the dry leaf weight of fresh tobacco leaves with different quality decreased by 60.45% compared with that under the curing pattern with a rack.The first-class rate and orange tobacco rate under the curing pattern with scattered leaves was 13.6% and 9.6%higher than those under the curing pattern with a rack respectively.Therefore,the curing pattern with scattered leaves can increase tobacco curing amount,leaf weight and quality level.
