净化后的焦炉煤气具有较强的还原性能,在温度1100℃、配氧量6%的条件下净化时,( CO +H2)%达到了93.6%。调整此时的焦炉煤气温度,通入竖炉内还原球团矿,在其他条件一定时,焦炉煤气温度每升高50℃,竖炉气体出口温度升高约45℃;出铁温度每升高50℃,气体温度下降约15℃;竖炉反应温度对气体出口温度影响不大。
淨化後的焦爐煤氣具有較彊的還原性能,在溫度1100℃、配氧量6%的條件下淨化時,( CO +H2)%達到瞭93.6%。調整此時的焦爐煤氣溫度,通入豎爐內還原毬糰礦,在其他條件一定時,焦爐煤氣溫度每升高50℃,豎爐氣體齣口溫度升高約45℃;齣鐵溫度每升高50℃,氣體溫度下降約15℃;豎爐反應溫度對氣體齣口溫度影響不大。

Coke oven gas has excellent reducing property after purification .Content of CO and H2 a-chieved 93.6 %after purification when temperature 1100 ℃, oxygen 6 %.To adjust the temperature of coke oven gas and reduce pellets of shaft furnace , the temperature of shaft furnace gas exiting would raise 45℃with the temperature of coke oven gas raising each 50℃under other given condition .Tem-perature of gas exiting would descend 15 ℃with temperature of sponge iron raising each 50 ℃.Tem-perature of shaft furnace did not much affect temperature of gas exiting .
