Esophageal adenocarcinoma%Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)%Liver-intestine cadherin(LI-cadherin)
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和肝肠钙粘连蛋白(liver-intestine cadherin,LI-cadherin)在食管腺癌组织中的表达以及与食管腺癌进展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测40例食管腺癌组织和15例正常食管下段组织中VEGF和LI-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果食管腺癌组织中VEGF和LI-cadherin表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.01),其中淋巴结转移组中VEGF和LI-cadherin的表达与淋巴结未转移组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF和LI-cadherin的表达在高中分化癌和低分化癌中的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF和LI-cadherin在食管腺癌细胞中的表达与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论食管腺癌细胞中高表达的VEGF和LI-cadherin与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度密切相关,可作为评估食管腺癌患者预后的重要参考指标。

Objective To probe the relationship between the expression of VEGF and LI-cadhein and the progresses of esophageal adenocarcinoma. Methods Using immune histochemical method to detecte the expression of VEGF and LI-cadherin in 40 cases of esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue and 15 cases of normal esophageal tissue. Results In esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue, VEGF and LI-cadhein expression is significantly higher than that in normal tissue.The expression of VEGF and LI-cadhein was statistically significant difference between the groups in Lymph node metastasis or not. The expression of VEGF and LI-cadhein in high differentiated carcinoma was statistically significant different with that in poorly differentiated carcinoma.The expression of VEGF and LI-cadhein in esophageal adenocarcinoma has nothing to do with age and gender. Conclusion In esophageal adenocarcinoma,high expression of VEGF and LI-cadhein are closely related with lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree and infiltration depth .They can be used as important reference indexes to evaluate of the prognosis of patients with esophageal adenocarcinoma.
