目的:分析成人起病哮喘的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2013年7月中山大学附属第三医院住院的成人起病哮喘患者的资料。结果共58例成人起病哮喘患者纳入分析,其中女38例(65.52%),平均年龄(60±15)岁。起病高峰年龄段为41~49岁(36.90%)。男与pFEV 1/FVC(舒张剂后1 s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量)正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01),吸烟与pFEV 1/FVC负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.05)。男性pFEV 1/FVC<0.7的风险是女性的6.64倍(95%CI:1.97~22.36),吸烟患者pFEV 1/FVC<0.7的风险是无吸烟患者的8.73倍(95%CI:1.97~38.68)。结论住院的成人起病哮喘患者起病高发年龄为41~49岁,男性及吸烟患者更易出现持续性气流受限。

목적:분석성인기병효천적림상특점。방법회고성분석2011년1월~2013년7월중산대학부속제삼의원주원적성인기병효천환자적자료。결과공58례성인기병효천환자납입분석,기중녀38례(65.52%),평균년령(60±15)세。기병고봉년령단위41~49세(36.90%)。남여pFEV 1/FVC(서장제후1 s용력호기용적/용력폐활량)정상관(r=0.53,P<0.01),흡연여pFEV 1/FVC부상관(r=-0.33,P<0.05)。남성pFEV 1/FVC<0.7적풍험시녀성적6.64배(95%CI:1.97~22.36),흡연환자pFEV 1/FVC<0.7적풍험시무흡연환자적8.73배(95%CI:1.97~38.68)。결론주원적성인기병효천환자기병고발년령위41~49세,남성급흡연환자경역출현지속성기류수한。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of adult-onset asthma. Methods The medical records of adult onset asthma inpatient between Jan. 2011 and Jul. 2013 were reviewed retrospectively. Results 58 patients were enrolled in the study. The mean age was(60±15) years old. 65.52%of the patients were female. The peak ages of asthma onset range from 41 to 49. Multiple linear regression analysis showed an association of smoking (r=-0.33,P<0.05) and male gender (r=0.53,P<0.01) with post-bronchodilator FEV 1/FVC. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that male patients were 6.64 (95%CI:1.97-22.36) times the odds than women to have an FEV 1/FVC<0.7, and smoking patients were 8.73 (95%CI:1.97-38.68) times the odds to have an FEV 1/FVC<0.7 than no smoking patients. Conclusion The peak ages of asthma onset range from 41 to 49. Male gender and smoking are associated with persistent airlfow limitation and at increased risk of accelerated decline in lung function.
