基于JN60型焦炉结构特点,利用数值仿真软件,建立炭化室及燃烧室两室三维模型,通过模拟其内部传热过程,预测炭化室中心温度满足工艺要求的时间,模拟结果与实际生产过程相符。同时从中寻求焦炭质量的影响因素,分析不同蒸发模型及操作参数对结焦过程的影响,对焦炉生产实际具有一定的参考价值。

Based on the structural features of JN 60 coke oven , a three-dimensional model of carboni-zation and combustion chamber was established with numerical simulation software .The time of which the temperature of carbonization chamber center meets the technical requirements was predicted by sim -ulating the internal heat transfer process .The simulation results match with the actual production process.Meanwhile, with seeking factors which affect the quality of coke , the impact on the coking process of different evaporation and operating parameters were analyzed , it has certain reference value to actual coking process .
