目前全球面临能源危机及环境恶化等不良因素,节能减排已经成为当前经济社会发展的1项重要而紧迫的任务。中国于2010年6月1日正式实施新的空调能效标准,针对制冷量12kW空调的入门能效等级由现在EER2.4变更为EER3.0。因此在现有压缩机的基础上开发更高效的产品很有必要。本文通过对现有产品能效损失分析,确定对压缩机电机和排气结构进行改善,以提高压缩机能效。通过排气结构优化、电机高效化等相关改善措施完成高效压缩机开发工作。通过12kW空调压缩机匹配试验确认满足新能效标准要求。

The world is facing energy crisis and environmental degradation and other adverse factors, energy saving has become an important and urgent task to the economic and social development. China's room air condition-er implementation of new energy efficiency standards on June 1, 2010, energy efficiency rating for the cooling ca-pacity of 12kW air conditioning entry was changed from EER2. 4 to EER3. 0. Therefore need to develop more effi-cient products on the basis of existing compressor. Improve energy efficiency of existing products, loss analysis to determine the compressor motor and exhaust structure, increase compressor energy efficiency. Completed efficient compressor development work through the exhaust structure optimization, the motor efficiency improvements. 12kW air conditioning compressor to match the test to confirm the meet new energy efficiency standards requirements.
