利用有限元法对某型冰箱压缩机吸气消声器的声学特性进行了仿真计算,分析了不同结构参数(隔板、内插管和进气管)对消声器传递损失的影响,并对原模型的结构参数进行了优化,有效提高了吸气消声器的声学性能。研究结果可为冰箱压缩机吸气消声器的优化设计提供参考依据。

The finite element method (FEM) was employed to simulate the acoustic characteristic of the suction muffler in a refrigerating compressor, the effects of different structure parameters (clapboard, intubation and intake tube) on the transmission loss (TL) of the muffler were analyzed, the structural parameters were op-timized, and the acoustic characteristic of the suction muffler was enhanced effectively. The research achieve-ments could provide theoretical foundation for the optimization design of suction muffler in the refrigerating com-pressor.
