介绍了滚筒洗衣机箱体振动特性,分析箱体在洗衣机高转速脱水时侧板振动问题,并指出振动大小与侧板的固有频率之间的关系,分别对滚筒洗衣机的直侧板和圆侧板进行了刚度、模态、箱体振动测试以及不同侧板滚筒洗衣机整机噪声测试,试验结果证明:在高脱水转速下圆侧板能有效提高侧板刚度和固有频率,降低侧板中心的振幅,并能起到明显的降噪效果,为高转速洗衣机侧板设计提供技术参考。

The side panel vibration issue of front loading washing machine is analyzed after introduction to the vibration behavior of side panel, and then the relationship between the eigen frequency and the amplitude of side panel vibration is pointed out. Stiffness, modal, housing vibration and noise tests are implemented on straight and circle side panel housings respectively, and the results show that at high spin speed a higher stiff-ness and eigen frequency of circle side panel can decrease the vibration amplitude of the center of side panel than straight side panel, and can depress the noise obviously. It can be a reference for high spin speed front loading washing machine.
