　　吊杆是波轮洗衣机重要的减振部件。目前，市场上有三种结构形式的吊杆，第一种是简单的开放式弹簧吊杆，第二种是半开放式阻尼吊杆，第三种是全封闭的空气阻尼吊杆。其中，空气阻尼吊杆工作原理是依靠减振弹簧，阻尼套筒壳体和防振橡胶组成一个较复杂的弹簧阻尼系统，靠弹力和阻尼力来抑制洗衣机在运行过程中的振动。市场上，采用这种结构形式的吊杆在使用一段时间后，容易发生内部零件磨损，导致吊杆失去减振作用，使洗衣机在脱水阶段振动加大，甚至无法正常使用。本文主要针对波轮洗衣机吊杆故障的原因进行分析，提出改进对策，并推出质量控制系统。

The suspension rod is the most important component to reduce the vibration of the washing ma-chine. And there are 3 types of them on the market, 1st one is the simple open type, 2nd is half-open damper rod, and the 3rd one is fully sealed damper rod. We focus on the 3rd type, with the principle that, with the help of spring-damper system, which is consisted of the damping spring, damper case and anti-vibration rub-ber, to bring down the vibration of the running washing machine by the elastic force and damping force. Such rod will face abrade of the inner components after some time usage, and then lead to more vibration during the spin program, the machine will not be able to perform well. We shall mainly analyze the reasons of malfunction of suspension rod, and bring forward the improvement plan, promoting the quality control system.
