为了研究微通道换热器的在家用空调中使用时的分液问题,本文通过R22家用空调系统的标准性能实验台,对四种流程数不同的微通道换热器用作冷凝器和蒸发器时,温度分布均匀性和其对系统性能的影响进行实验,研究发现,微通道换热器在用作冷凝器和蒸发器时,温度分布不均对系统性能的影响分别达到7.3%和3.5%。通过理论计算得出,作蒸发器使用时集流管内流体的流型为分层流,并结合实验数据说明分层流是导致分液不均的原因之一,提出改善分液的方法。

In order to research the distribution of microchannel heat exchanger in air conditioning sys-tem, this article is based on the air-conditioning system performance test bench, three different processes mi-crochannel heat exchanger is used as a condenser and an evaporator, respectively, to research temperature distribution and its influence on the system, studies find that temperature distribution affects the result of heat exchange up to 7. 3% and 3. 5%, respectively. The result can be acquired by theoretical calculate that the flow pattern in the manifold is stratified flow. Combined with the experiment result, it is found that stratified flow is one of the reasons that two-phase flow distribution uneven, and the solution to improve the two-phase distribution is given.
