通过强化传热理论分析和CFD仿真设计,对7mm管单排不同片宽翅片的进行数值和实验研究。数值研究结果表明,在同等入口风速条件下,22mm宽片换热性能优于18mm宽片,空气侧压降高于18mm宽片。整机实验结果表明,26变频R3样机额定制冷、中间制冷、最大制冷、额定制热、中间制热工况下性能一致,低温制热和超低温制热22mm宽片优于18mm宽片。

Based on the CFD analyses of the traditional 7mm fin-and-tube heat exchanger, a new tube heat exchanger with different row depth were simulated with CFD software. The CFD analysis results show that the air-side heat transfer performance and the air-side pressure drop of the 22mm row depth tube heat exchanger has higher than the 18mm row depth. The experimental results show that the performance of the 22mm row depth tube heat exchanger was the same as the 18mm row depth, except the performance of low temperature and cryogenic temperature.
